I understand the pressure of feeling like you are “supposed” to look a certain way and do things within a certain timeline. I struggled with perfectionism most of my life and never realized the negative affect it had on my wellness until I had a health scare. I knew I had to make a change.

Then I had a light bulb moment!

I had always written my own narrative, so why should my wellness be any different?!

    We all have an inner critic or as I like to call her, our inner mean girl. As your coach, I will help you challenge your inner dialogue and cultivate a positive mindset. By uprooting limiting beliefs, you will feel confident working towards your goals while feeling you are deeply worthy and capable!

    As a Functional Nutrition Coach, I will teach you about foods that fuel your body, specifically plant-based additions that will help with sleep, stress levels, hormone health, and mood. We will work together to develop nutritional plans that support your overall wellness!

    Self-care is vital in creating balance in our life and supporting our emotional needs. Together we will explore self-care techniques to promote more self-love and peace in your life! These could include journaling, aromatherapy, and/or meditation.

    Our bodies were made to move! By exploring your passions and interests, we will develop a movement practice that is fun and engaging!

Individual coaching is all about YOU! With this method we are able to set the coaching around your schedule. We begin individual coaching with a Discovery Session where we take a holistic view of your life and what areas you are looking to improve. Individual coaching can include but is not limited to:

  • Mindset shifts

  • Development of healthy habits

A single individual session investment begins at $77. Packages are priced at a discount and include bonuses like access to courses and educational materials. I offer a complimentary 30-minute Clarity call so that we can connect and determine what package is best for your goals and budget.
